--Just heard from a fellow member of Burning Silicon Collective that person or persons unknown have burned up La Contessa. The vehicle has a checkered past but I believe all blame could be laid at the hands of bad drivers. As for its size, well, it was a beautiful bit of metal bashing that put it together; much more elegant than some of those triple-decker two-segment behemoths that have begun to be seen in the Black Rock Desert (I counted five of them this year; maybe it's time for some sort of vehicle limitation treaty, eh?).
